Spin Fit

This popular class combines all the elements of regular spin but also works on toning your upper and lower body by incorporating exercise using weights for the last 15 mins of the class.

Body Blast

Body blast classes are a mixture of HIIT, Strength, Cardiovascular, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Core and Reaction training. We combine Boxing, Athletics, Rowing and Cycling into our action packed classes.

FitBall

In this class, you’ll use a Fitball® to challenge your balance and core stability. You’ll walk away from the workout with better posture, and improved balance and strength.

Stretch & Core

Stretching & Core classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are suited so that all levels of fitness can enjoy.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells offer a versatile full body workout for people of all fitness levels; BeFitness with Leone's tried and tested Kettlebell regimes take place multiple times a week at our Co. Cork location.

Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Pilates

Pilates is for everyone. It works the entire body through a series of repetitive, matt-based exercises, helping improve your strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.

Kids Classes

Our kids fitness classes are a great way to introduce more healthy habits into your kids lifestyle and help them learn about fitness. Designed to be fun and engaging your kids won't be bored!
